Articles on Islamophobia

Below is a compilation of links to research articles completed by IRDP faculty members. These articles have appeared in IRDP journals researched through UC Berkeley’s Center of Race & Gender. The faculty comprises academics, thinkers, practitioners and researchers from around the globe. The journal (ISJ) is a bi-annual publication which began in 2012, and focuses on the critical analysis of Islamophobia and its multiple manifestations in our contemporary moment. The articles conceive the historical, political, economic, and cultural phenomenon of Islamophobia in relation to the construction, representation, and articulation of “Otherness.”
