Open A Center
The recent spike in Islamophobia discourses and Islamophobic practices (including attacks) across Europe, U.S., Asia, parts of Africa and even in some Muslim majority countries is a new phenomenon. It is tending towards structural exclusion of Muslims from civil society. Certainly, the rise of Islamophobia calls for a broader and multidisciplinary academic engagement to interrogate and theorize the origins and spread of the phenomena and, more importantly, to address its impact and develop research approaches that can propose political and policy actions to reverse its effects.
Help us launch a fully-staffed center dedicated to challenging Islamophobia.
